Now, we are looking for an additional Technical Project Manager to support our Development teams building outstanding integrated products (hardware and software) at ProGlove. In this role, you will closely work together with our cross-functional teams, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to boost our project execution.

Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager you will be coordinating complex projects and supporting our cross-functional teams during the execution. You will join an established agile organisation willing to continuously improve, welcoming you to be part of our future growth. Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics:

  • You take project management leadership for projects & initiatives across the entire portfolio: coordination, maintaining project time frames, budget control, reporting and risk management

  • You collect and understand requirements and support the team to translate them into an actionable plan

  • You communicate and ensure information is shared effectively within and outside of the team

  • You report capabilities on project status to peers and key stakeholders, such as management

  • You ensure that documentation is maintained and kept up to date in line with company standards and policies

  • You share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communication sessions

  • You Drive operational (weekly basis) and tactical decision making (quarterly basis) mechanisms

As our ideal candidate for this role, you come with the following skills and competencies: 

  • Have a University degree in the field of Engineering & Management, Information Technology or any comparable training

  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods in integrated projects (hardware & software)

  • Strong communication skills and excellent time management

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN)

  • Proven experience in technical project management of mid- and large-scale development projects with interdisciplinary and international teams

  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and experience applying analytical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork mentality

  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

The salary range is 60,000 - 75,000 - € gross OTE annually
