We are seeking a highly motivated Hardware Support Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at ProGlove, a leading provider of wearable technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and quality assurance of all our Hardware Operations related topics in our US office. 

Job Description

Your mission...
As Hardware Support Specialist, you will closely work with your team members in Munich as well as US stakeholders and you will report directly to one of our Hardware Operation Team Leads.  

Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics:  

  • Seamlessly managing inbound and outbound shipping of updated and returned devices, ensuring every step is executed flawlessly.
  • Conducting meticulous Quality Checks to uphold our internal standards, and meticulously documenting your findings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Being the first line of defense against defects, promptly identifying and documenting any issues, and crafting comprehensive quality reports.
  • Rolling up your sleeves to execute firmware updates and tackle basic device repairs, showcasing your technical prowess.
  • Collaborating closely with our Customer Support team to maintain accurate documentation in SAP, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Safely packaging updated devices and accessories for outbound shipments, with an unwavering commitment to security and reliability.
  • Keeping our service warehouses in shipshape, conducting regular inventories to maintain precise stock records.

  • Familiarity with the MS Office Suite, ensuring you can navigate essential tools with ease.
