We are seeking a highly motivated, German speaking Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) to join our team at ProGlove, a leading provider of wearable technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for continuously prospecting new customers to boost our company’s growth.  

Job Description

Your mission...  
As Sales Development Representative, you will closely work with our Sales Teams and you will report directly to our Head of Market Development. We’re dedicated to find someone who is passionate about lead generation and interested in helping us in our business expansion.

Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics:  

  • Reach out to inbound leads, qualify, and schedule meetings for the Accounts Executive sales team for the DACH area  
  • Continuously prospect for new customers through lead generation efforts as assigned; nurture those prospects  
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects and follow-up with the senior sales teams  
  • Pre-qualify leads and organize secondary calls for our Sales Managers. 
  • Understand and identify the needs and pains of the prospect and qualify their interest in our solution  
  • Continuously learn about commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospects

As our ideal candidate for this role, you come with the following skills and competencies:  

  • Business fluency in English and German 
  • Knowledge of the enterprise software or hardware market, or interest in the topic, and the ability to learn quickly  
  • Solid knowledge of Outreach, Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, or other similar prospecting applications  
  • Problem-solving skills and willingness to collaborate - this is a competitive market and these are your foundation for success
