We are seeking a highly motivated ERP Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at ProGlove, a leading provider of wearable technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing dedicated ERP support to all our entities.

Your mission... 
As ERP Specialist, you will be a part of our SAP Team and you will report directly to our VP Finance. We’re dedicated to find someone who is passionate about process improvements and interested in growing as a SAP Key User .
Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics:  

• Track and implement SAP System improvements, new workflows and adjustments and improve the current ones 
• Organize and manage customization projects with SAP consultants 
• Analyse data using SQL 
• Implement rules and quality checks to ensure robustness of SAP 
• Communicate internally with departments and users to solve SAP errors and drive improvements 
• Manage licenses, acccess and other core data in SAP

As our ideal candidate for this role, you come with the following skills and competencies:   

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• 1-3 years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably with SAP byDesign. 
• Good understanding of business processes and how they relate to SAP. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Business Fluency in English, German is a plus
