We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager – Southwestern Europe (m/f/d) to join our team at ProGlove, a leading provider of wearable technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our marketing activities in the South-West of Europe.  

Job Description

Your mission...
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will closely work with your regional Sales leaders and your Marketing team members and you will report directly to our Teamlead Growth Marketing. We’re dedicated to find someone who is passionate about managing events and interested in building scalable concepts. 

Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics:  

  • Manage offline and online events as well as fairs with a strong project management mindset 
  • Work closely with the regional sales team on lead generation campaigns and pipeline generation 
  • Develop, execute, monitor and optimize demand generation campaigns to drive engagement and demand resulting in marketing qualified leads 
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns using the right mix of channels and tactics to create inbound pipeline 
  • Build up a strong, scalable event concept including omnichannel marketing 
  • Manage your budget and take over responsibility for regional marketing activities

Overall, this is what we're looking for

  • 2+ years in B2B Marketing with Event management and Demand Generation experience in delivering integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns 
  • Understanding of the B2B Demand Generation funnel
  • An analytical mindset, you are driven by data and are able to make informed commercial decisions and optimize campaigns for revenue growth 
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through lead-generation channels 
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot and Salesforce preferred 
  • Business fluency in English (this is our team language) both written and spoken, additional German and/or French skills are beneficial

The annual on-target earning for this role is between 40.000,- € and 45.000,- €.

The job location is Madrid, but can be anywhere in Spain.
