We are seeking a highly motivated Market Research Associate (m/f/d) to join our team at ProGlove, a leading provider of wearable technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new target accounts and cultivating leads.

Job Description

Your mission  
As Market Research Associate, you will closely work with the rest of our international Sales team and you will report directly to your Market Research Team Lead. Your work will be one of the cornerstones of crafting opportunities to reach out to new customers and unexplored markets.
Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics:  

  • Assist in the development of the target market report, highlighting key customer opportunities, target contacts, and the overall market revenue opportunity by vertical and region 
  • Consistently deliver high-quality, accurate contact data to the Sales Development Representatives & Sales teams by leveraging online research tools 
  • Utilize Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and other tools to identify new target accounts and cultivate leads 
  • Provide lead quality feedback, propose program and process improvements, and share best practices to improve the efficacy of market development strategies and activities 
  • Provide in depth insight and constant research into the competition, market trends, and news 
  • Handle data collection and organize processes effectively and efficiently mainly by utilizing Salesforce

As our ideal candidate for this role, you come with the following skills and competencies:  

  • You are in a final year of studies, Bachelor's/Master’s Degree (business, marketing, economics, political and social sciences, linguistics, and similar) 
  • You have first experiences in Marketing/Sales assistant roles 
  • You are business fluent in English, verbal and written 
  • You have experience working with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
  • You are able to communicate clearly and collaborate across multiple teams 
  • You previously demonstrated strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills 
  • You are self-motivated, able to execute new ideas, and see projects from start to finish 

And we're very happy if you have...  

  • Experience in using Salesforce and other research tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Seamless, Lusha…)
