We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at ProGlove, a leading provider of wearable technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our partners to identify and deliver wearable barcode scanning solutions to their customers and prospects.

Job Description

Your mission 
As Channel Account Manager, you will serve as the point of contact for ProGlove channel partners, with a focus on generating demand, enabling partners to sell and aligning them with our go-to-market team. In doing so, you cultivate commercial relationships, achieve and exceed revenue goals as part of our sales team in France and develop your expertise in evolving wearable barcode scanning topics.

In this this role you will report directly to our VP Global Channel & Alliances.
Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics: 

  • Support and execute channel-driven sales plans with partners, our go-to-market team and other stakeholders
  • Enable partners to understand and sell our solutions and products
  • Lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with your assigned partners and proactively recruit new qualifying partners
  • Deliver revenue and profitability targets while enhancing partner and customer satisfaction
  • Drive adoption of new ProGlove products and solutions within your partner network.
  • Work closely with the direct team to identify and built opportunities with partners

As our ideal candidate for this role, you come with the following skills and competencies: 

  • 3-5 years of experience enabling and aligning channel partners through demand generation and the sales cycle, preferably in the mobility or rugged hardware field
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals selling integrated Hardware-/Software products and solutions
  • Customer-focused approach to innovation and quality
  • Strong hunter mentality to drive growth within the partner community
  • Strong organizational, planning, communication and negotiation skills
  • Positive, growth-oriented mindset and familiarity with formal sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Miller-Heiman, TAS)
  • Business fluency in French and English
