As an Inside Sales Representative, you must be a highly independent, assertive, and confident self starter who has a strong sense of sales urgency and likes to work in a fast-paced environment. In this position you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth of our business. You will engage with customers at every level of the sales cycle, from account planning, through the development of the deal, to the close of business. Inside sales people are the trusted advisors to the WorkRails customer base.
Success will be measured monthly based on achieving your employee expectations and continuously working to improve.
Proactively identify, engage, and close new business.
Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling, social selling)
Conduct high-level conversations with Services Executives in prospect accounts
Successfully partner with business leaders to understand the business needs and execute on goals to foster an environment of sustainable growth and success.
Maintain all activity in our Hubspot CRM system
Basic Skill & Requirements:
Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, positive team start-up environment
Previous business sales experience (Software sales a plus)
Motivated, proactive, and dynamic sales approach
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience with CRM software
4-year BA/BS Degree
2+ years in a sales role with an understanding of Saas or technology sales
Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycle
Experience managing a quota (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly)
Previous Sales Methodology training
Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
Strong customer references
