We are looking for a talented UI designer to join our product team.  You will be working closely with product managers, engineers, and the rest of the team to create an amazing, business-focused enterprise experience for the web, iOS, and Android.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing beautiful, engaging user experiences for the web, iOS, or Android

• Well-versed in fundamental visual and interactive design disciplines and principles

• Ability to visualize, own and execute the creation of an experience from initial concept to collaborating with engineers on implementation

• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator in particular)

• Expert eye for detail and pixel perfection; no detail is too small or insignificant

• Comfortable with an iterative design process that includes accepting and managing feedback and constructive criticism

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and set goals and manage to a deliverable-based outcome

• Past experience working on transactional website design or enterprise platform solutions (B2B, e-commerce

• Expert in HTML5 and CSS3

• Extensive work with jQuery for AJAX, data validation and presentation

Familiarity with optimizing front end performance using page weight minimization techniques
