The WorkRails application helps companies manage and sell services with our web based service portfolio management and sales tools.

You should be able to work daily in our Huntington, NY location.
On-boarding new clients, training, support. Proactive client advisor.
Exceed attainment of customer renewal/retention goals
Support expansion in our share of wallet with existing customers, which will positively impact overall attainment of company revenue
Develop internal program to manage customer pilots, renewals and expansion of share of wallet.
Serve as an internal advocate for customer product enhancements based on customer feedback
Work collaboratively with other team members around strategic planning and overall management of the company
Manage the staffing, policies, and processes for the teams reporting to you
Engage with sales, product management, development, marketing and finance teams at to ensure customer satisfaction
Work cross-functionally to prioritize, define, and deliver client success process and services to support customer needs
Develop and refine team metrics (e.g., renewal rates, utilization rates, referral rates, etc.) and key performance indicators; plan and achieve quarterly and annual metrics and goals; report on progress to the executive team and company
Profitably develop and expand the services portion of WorkRails' business
Develop strong working relationships with key customer stakeholders and C-level executives
Development of and communication of customer success vision and goals to all stakeholders
2+ years experience in Account Management
Start up and SaaS experience strongly preferred
Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
Technology product oriented and strong technical skills
Experience in developing and making formal presentations to client and management
