Job Description

We are looking for an efficient Virtual Assistant Recruiting Coordinator to undertake a variety of recruiting and administrative duties. You will facilitate daily employee recruitment functions  including keeping track of employee records and supporting the recruitment/hiring process . Your role is focused on growing our company’s talent pipeline and improving our sourcing tactics.

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of hiring processes, as well as general administrative experience. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of applicable projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using Recruitment software and tools along with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for specific goals and results within the Recruitment department.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates and perform background checks

  • Prepare new-employee files

  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, etc.)

  • Answer employee requests and questions

  • Schedule meetings, interviews

  • Meet with department managers to develop specific recruiting plans

  • Provide company information and job opportunities to potential candidates

  • Research, analyze, prepare, and present hiring statistics

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruitment coordinator. YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 18 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITING TO APPLY.

  • Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail

  • Great English (including top grammar skills)

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

  • Great attitude, self-motivated
