Wolt is a Finnish technology company and until recently, we’ve been best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals &i tems from our restaurant & retail partners, and either pick them up or have them delivered by our courier partners.

However, food delivery was just the start. We don’t want to just satisfy our customers’ hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail.

Wolt was founded in 2014 and joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. DoorDash operates in 30 countries today, 27 of which are with the Wolt product and brand. Wolt has been growing rapidly in Albania ever since we launched this year, and we're looking for the next person to join the sales support team, supporting this growth.

We work in small teams with high ownership, with each team focusing on a key area of the Wolt product stack. Each and every one of our product team members has a say in where we are going and what solutions we implement. We work with a passion, but we haven't forgotten how to have fun along the way!

As a result of our rapid expansion - and the plans we have for 2024 - we need a new Sales Support Associate to assist our sales team and ensure they are working as efficiently as possible.

What you'll be doing

• Data entry, updating restaurant & retail venue menus, and other changes to venue information.
• Ensuring all our partners receive the correct training on how to use the Wolt app, and monitoring their use of the system moving forward.
• Other ad-hoc administrative and organisational tasks as they come up!
• Travelling to new areas in which we expand, both inside and outside Albania.

• Have a valid driving licence.
• Fluent in Albanian & able to work in English.
• Experience in data entry or other administrative work would be an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Structured, detailed and service-oriented.
• Self-starter and a passion for food.
