Job Description

As a Training & Quality Development Specialist for our German-speaking support team, you will play a key role in shaping the onboarding experience for new team members and driving continuous improvement in support quality. By combining training expertise with a quality-driven mindset, you will help build a strong foundation for our Support Associates while ensuring excellence across support interactions.

What you’ll be doing

Onboarding & Training Development:

  • Deliver engaging onboarding programs for new Support Associates, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

  • Use onboarding evaluation feedback to identify improvement areas and adapt training processes accordingly.

Quality Assurance & Development:

  • Conduct audits of support interactions to assess compliance with quality standards and identify trends.

  • Aggregate and analyze quality data to provide actionable insights for improving performance.
