Job Description

At Wolt, we’re redefining convenience in the Q-commerce space, delivering fast and seamless service to our customers. Understanding how consumers perceive and interact with our offerings is critical to our growth. We're seeking a Consumer Insights Manager to dive deep into user sentiment, uncover actionable insights, and shape the future of our user experience. This role reports to the Global Head of Consumer Business. 

Key Responsibilities:

Consumer Perception:

  • Design and implement strategies to understand how users view our brand and services.

  • Evaluate how we rank against competitors in key areas.

  • Identify real-life improvements opportunities that Wolt will prioritize as company


Feedback Mechanisms:

  • Own and improve the NPS capabilities at Wolt (surveys, tracking, actions).

  • Develop and manage regular user experience studies and concrete feedback loops.

  • Conduct ad-hoc user studies and set up structured user panels with partner companies.

Data Analysis:

  • Dive into data from multiple sources, including Google Sheets and SQL databases.

  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve our product experience and operations.

  • Use insights to prioritize new features, address gaps, and highlight what’s working well.


Collaboration and Strategy:

  • Partner with internal teams to align insights with company goals, present insights to company senior leaders.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop actionable plans for enhancing user experience and staying ahead of competition.

  • Shape the evolution of our user experience and product strategy over the coming years.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of strong user research experience from notable customer tech
  • Proven experience in consumer insights, user research, or a similar role, ideally in consumer tech, consulting, or user research companies.
  • Expertise in running NPS surveys, user panels, and gathering customer feedback across diverse channels (email surveys, user panels, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools like Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach; unafraid to dive into data and get things done.
