Job Description
As a Restaurants and Partnerships Marketing Specialist at Wolt, you will get to take charge of developing and executing partnership marketing strategies at the country level, reporting directly to the Head of Regional Restaurant and Partnership Marketing.
While you will be developing annual co-marketing strategies together with your marketing team on a regional level, you will be owning the partnership marketing management and development locally in Cyprus. This means that on a daily level you will be partnering with our local sales team in Cyprus to grow and develop partnerships with our large global enterprise accounts as well as local restaurant partners.
To succeed in this role, you will leverage your expertise in project coordination, relationship building and negotiation for choosing the right strategic partners for us by identifying mutually beneficial partnerships that aim both at acquiring new partners as well as engaging with our current partners to drive efficient incremental revenue growth.
You will also drive partnerships with 3rd party players to drive incremental platform growth, for example by collaborating with payment providers or 3rd parties to drive Wolt+ subscriber growth.
What you’ll get to do:
Own and nurture marketing relationships with our big enterprise accounts and local restaurant partners as the marketing counterpart to our commercial sales teams, to ensure we meet our regional growth targets
Design and execute joint marketing campaigns with our partners to increase visibility and drive mutual growth from strategy and concept to briefing the planning and operations team and the brand team
Manage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including overseeing partner marketing material creation and managing promotions, emails, in-app and out-of-home campaigns
Oversee budget efficiency and ensure integrated partnership campaigns align with regional level plans
Own the local marketing strategy and participate in regional level co-marketing strategy creation to align local partnership marketing strategies with overall business objectives and support in new city and area expansions
Qualifications
This full time role is based in Nicosia, Cyprus and we are looking for someone who is fluent in both Greek and English
We hope you’ll have a minimal +2-3 years of experience from marketing, preferably within e-commerce and/or retail / restaurant business
You understand how sales targets can be translated into marketing plans aiming for the business growth, and are excited to figure out the best ways to drive our partnership revenue growth through marketing campaigns
You consider yourself self driven and are comfortable of taking and justifying decisions within a fast phase environment
You have an analytical mindset and a capability to make decisions based on data: in practice this means that you are able to analyze some data and identify trends to make suggestions on how we can best use our marketing budget to achieve our large growth goals!
Both long-term and short-term planning and balancing between this will be part of your daily tasks
You might already have some experience in marketing project management with several internal and external stakeholders, and at the least you consider yourself to be great at communication, planning your work and personal time management
