Role background

Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favourite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their order up or have it delivered by our courier partners.

Wolt launched in Malta in December 2019 and as the best rated app, we’re now delivering to customers in major cities.

As we are growing rapidly, we need Sales Support Associates to support growing Wolt’s restaurant portfolio by assisting our Restaurant Sales Managers in administrative tasks both online and with clients over the phone.

What you'll be doing

• Ensuring our portfolio of stores reach the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks
• Training our partner venues on how to use the Wolt tools and equipment
• Successfully onboarding venues onto the Wolt platform and ensuring optimal access at necessary times
• Be responsible for our menu-platform and product list always being up to date with the text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand
• Liaising with restaurant partners on a daily basis to resolve any issues that may come up

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with a lot of different people
• Experience within customer support or other relevant customer-facing role
• Structured, detailed and service-oriented
• Fluent in English (Maltese is a plus)
• You hold a driving license and have a car- this is a requirement as you will need to frequently visit partner venues around Malta
