In Wolt Operations Team, we care about our couriers: We ensure the efficient and fair processes are in place in order to hire the amount of couriers needed to meet the order demand by constantly developing courier satisfaction and scalable processes.
As a Courier Onboarding Operation Specialist you will be responsible for the new Wolt Couriers onboarding operation in Germany, ensuring that our internal processes have everything in place in order to bring the best couriers to our employment team. You will be expected to collaborate across multi-functional teams in a fast and dynamic environment, be a team player and also to have the ability to find creative solutions proactively when facing challenges.
In this pursuit, we aim to create the World’s best courier experience by optimizing processes, bettering content, and assuring that we have as little friction as possible.
What you’ll be doing
Coordinate and prioritize daily and weekly tasks related to courier acquisition, hiring and onboarding either with internal or external team members.
Evaluate capacity, productivity and quality of tasks performed by internal/external team members working directly with applicants.
Create and update reports related to quality and productivity of hiring.
Update and train internal or external team members on hiring internal processes.
Work closely with supply & pricing, advertising teams to update or change courier hiring needs.
Create and improve processes to drive operational efficiency to allow the business operations to scale efficiently.
Share development ideas within the Operations team to improve ongoing tasks.
Occasionally travel to other Germany locations in order to ensure hiring processes are running smoothly.

You are thorough and organized - you accomplish tasks with all ends tied and have great attention to detail.
You are vocal and identify when is needed to raise concerns, roadblocks along with potential solutions.
You have experience hiring in Germany and/or have understanding of hiring processes in Germany in order to comply with Labor Law.
You have the ability to look around the corners and find creative solutions to challenges faced.
