Job Description

 

As our People Tech Development Manager, you'll lead the charge in driving
technological advancements within TA systems, in the heart of people processes and
services, owning the whole Wolt TA systems. Your mission involves spearheading the
configuration, development, and enhancement of SmartRecruiter. While leading your
responsibilities you ensure the end-to-end delivery of TA system system support,
development, and maintenance aligning with People Tech strategy and Wolt's
objectives. This role unveils the opportunity to create and sustain TA solutions on a
global level, requiring a proven history in configuring TA systems.
Your role will center around collaborating across functions, supporting your projects,
and ensuring the successful deployment of solutions that streamline processes,
boost scalability, and elevate user experiences. Would you be part of this amazing

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead your responsibility area as part of the People Tech team, focusing on the TA system capabilities.
  • Own the first-level support and serve as the initial point of contact for users experiencing issues with our Talent Technology Applications solving technical issues efficiently within agreed SLAs.
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including data entry, updates, and configurations based on user requests and system enhancements.
  • Participate and drive the digitalization, implementations, and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and scalability of people processes.
  • Oversee development sprints and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of TA designs, processes, and integrations.
  • Contribute to all People Tech development items and projects ensuring our amazing TA colleagues are supported and enabled for success.
  • Foster collaborative relationships and drive end-to-end solutions.
  • Collaborate with our colleagues in various locations in a truly diverse team.
  • Stay updated with TA Technology trends to effectively leverage new features

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in TA systems
  • Experience with SmartRecruiters or Greenhouse is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of TA processes globally and user-centric design  principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Problem-solving attitude, proactive approach, and demonstrated initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills, adept at managing requirements and prioritizing  projects.
  • Previous experience in project leadership roles using various project models.
  • High self-leadership skills and interpersonal competencies.
