Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our growing Global Imaging team. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for our local teams, navigating and resolving complex challenges while supporting a diverse range of imaging initiatives across Wolt’s international operations. Your focus will be on driving OKRs and data-driven projects, ensuring that solutions are implemented effectively and demonstrating their impact through data analysis. You will work independently to achieve results and influence multiple teams, with limited travel required.

Role Background:

As Wolt’s Global Imaging team scales, we are committed to building robust processes and disseminating critical information efficiently. You will be integral in maintaining stakeholder trust and aligning best practices across our local imaging teams. Reporting to the Director of Imaging Operations, you will have daily visibility with senior leadership and play a crucial role in shaping how our site interacts with customers.

 

Qualifications

What you’ll be doing

  • KPI Development and Ownership: Develop, own, and achieve KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Playbook and Process Management: Document, rollout, and ensure adherence to playbooks and processes.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports on KPIs and OKRs.
  • New Initiatives: Take ownership of imaging for new verticals and country launches.
  • Training and Communication: Build and execute training materials for imaging tools and procedures, and create communication plans for new process and tool rollouts.
  • Local Team Support: Collaborate with local teams and third-party providers to plan and execute imaging projects.
  • Style Guide Management: Update and create style guides and playbooks, and ensure consistent quality.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work directly with third-party vendors to support imaging requirements and analyze vendor performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Spot-check local markets to ensure images meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in running complex company-wide programs 
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience working across multiple teams and disciplines, preferably in international settings.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Looker and Monday.com.
  • Skilled in creating and analyzing operational performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence teams and organize information effectively.
