Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Senior Manager, Equity to join our team. The role will oversee the end-to-end (E2E) process of the equity program, ensuring seamless integration and effective collaboration among various sub-process owners in payroll, accounting, tax and other relevant departments. This role involves project management responsibilities for any improvements or new developments in the equity program, ensuring that all processes are optimized, aligned and communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Oversight and Coordination:

    • Ensure the smooth operation and efficient functioning of the entire equity program.

    • Collaborate with sub-process owners in HR, payroll, accounting, tax, and other relevant areas.

  2. Project and Process Management:

    • Lead and manage projects related to the development and enhancement of the equity program.

    • Implement process improvements and new initiatives.

  3. Stakeholder Communication and Support:

    • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders.

    • Provide updates on project status, process changes, and any arising issues.

    • Assist employees in understanding the equity programs and their benefits.

  4. Documentation, Reporting, and Compliance:

    • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the equity process.

    • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in project management is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in process management, project management, or a related role, preferably within the context of equity programs or employee compensation.

  • Skills:

    • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects to successful completion.

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
