Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented team player excited to dive into the foundation of Delivery Operations at Wolt by working in the Courier Onboarding team? Role background
Our Courier Onboarding Team is responsible for beginning cooperation with thousands of Courier Partners across 9 countries in the Northern region of Europe. As an Operations Associate in the Courier Onboarding team you’d be responsible for making sure our Courier Partners and Courier Partner applicants get the help they deserve and have the best possible experience to the start of their cooperation with Wolt. From when they have the idea to send an application up to when they are ready to accept their first task (and beyond)! This includes for example helping to start their cooperation with Wolt by focusing on checking documents, answering emails, updating contact and contract details and helping Courier Partners to have the best possible foundation and start to their cooperation with Wolt.
In this role, no day is the same and there’s always something to do. As such, you need to be adaptable, self-motivated and driven to succeed. You must also have excellent interpersonal skills and a big heart - we think people first at all times!
What you'll be doing
- Building a foundation to the cooperation of thousands of new Courier Partners by helping them onto the platform to make deliveries
- Helping Courier Partners and Courier Partner applicants with a wide range of questions that are related to entrepreneurship and cooperation with Wolt (while Wolt Support helps Courier Partners with live deliveries related questions)
- Checking documents and other information that Courier Partner applicants submit and reach out to them in case some information is missing or unclear
- Supporting the Onboarding and Supply teams with development projects (for example flagging indicating how existing onboarding processes could be improved)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, investigating and evaluating individual cases to ensure top-notch service standards
- Sharing development ideas within the Operations team and with other teams at Wolt (for example within Delivery Operations, Courier Experience, or to Product teams)
Qualifications
- You have excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with awesome people from diverse backgrounds across countries in the northern region of Europe (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Luxembourg and the Baltics)
- You have excellent or native-level proficiency in both verbal and written English. Other languages from the Nordic regions are a big plus!
- You are strong at working with deadlines and are not afraid of voluminous tasks
- You are highly detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- You preferably have experience in customer service or similar and are keen to solve problems
- You are tech savvy and a quick learner
- You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in a high-growth and evolving environment
- You are based in Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania - you will be working at our local office with the possibility for some home/remote work
- Bonus skills: you are strong at working with data and basic tools (such as Google Sheets) or Iterable

Monthly salary for the role is 1400-1900€
