Job Description

The Head of Regional NV and Partnership Marketing is a strategic role focused on building and enhancing relationships with retail merchants and other 3rd parties across the region. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Japan, this individual will lead initiatives to partner with retail merchants and various 3rd parties, develop co-marketing campaigns, and leverage these partnerships to drive platform growth.

One of the greatest growth levers for Wolt is the collaboration with our partners. Working together with local retailers and regional/global retail brands will be a key way for us to enable growth for both ourselves and our partners. This role involves honing that functional expertise and deploying it across the countries within the region.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Create comprehensive 360 marketing plans, including advertising campaigns across various channels (paid, owned, earned), promotions, and co-branded initiatives for initiatives related to New Verticals - and other partnerships
  • Identify and secure new retail merchants or other 3rd party marketing partnerships, while nurturing existing relationships from a marketing perspective, together with our commercial teams.
  • Ensure a balanced view between all retail partners including third party and first party vendors (Wolt Market) as well as 3rd party partnerships (e.g CPGs, Payment providers etc.).
  • Drive  meetings with bigger accounts, be a thought leader for other local teams.
  • Design and execute joint marketing campaigns with retail merchant partners,FMCG brands and other 3rd parties to increase visibility and drive mutual growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at nationwide retail partners as well as third party partners.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and promotional content tailored for retail merchants and other 3rd party partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and media agencies to create advertising content, including digital ads, social media promotions, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and promotional efforts across Wolt-owned and external channels.
  • Use data-based insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong B2C marketing and strategic partnership expertise
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities
  • Fluent in Japanese & English
  • Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset
