Job Description
As a New Verticals and Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will execute partnership marketing strategies at the local level, reporting directly to the Head of Regional NV and Partnership Marketing. You will be responsible for the regional growth of our New Vertical (Retail). You will collaborate with our countries’ commercial counterparts, to develop partnerships with the enterprise accounts, key accounts as well as country retail merchant partners (SMB). You will leverage your expertise in relationship building, for identifying mutually beneficial partnerships that aim both at acquiring as well as engaging with our partners to drive efficiently incremental GOV. You will develop annual co-marketing strategies on a regional level but also owning the development on a country level, to ensure these partnerships align with our broader marketing objectives. You will also collaborate with the CPG team to ensure these partnerships align with our broader marketing objective.
What you'll be doing
- Be responsible for retail partnership engagement and acquisition, acting as the marketing counterpart to merchant teams
- Overseeing the vertical budget efficiency, and ensuring integrated partnership campaigns into holistic plans on a regional level
- Be responsible for meeting regional vertical growth targets for NV
- Owning and nurturing marketing relationships with the big enterprise and other Mx
- Collaborating with big partners in the region, pulling through projects on a regional level, one “Project Manager” defined for each big partner case by case
- Developing annual co-marketing strategies on a regional level but also owning the development on a local level, aligning within the country Merchant team
- Execute integrated co-marketing campaigns from strategy and concept to briefing the planning and operations team and the brand team
- Manage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including promotions, emails, in-app
- Design and execute joint marketing campaigns with retail partners to increase visibility and drive mutual growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including CPG team, to align partnership marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and promotional content tailored for retail partners
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience marketing, preferably within e-commerce and/or retail
- Understanding on how sales targets can be translated into marketing plans aiming for the business growth
- Self driven and comfortable of taking decisions within a fast phase environment
- Analytical skills and a capability to make decisions based on data
- Both long-term and short-term planning and balancing between this will be part of your daily tasks
- Experience from marketing project management and from running projects with several different stakeholders, internal and external, is a must
- Experience from a international working environment and working with a team based in different countries is in your interest
- Open minded, positive can-do attitude
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Being very organized and good prioritization skills
- The role is based in Greece
