Job Description

As a Marketing Content Specialist (Maternity Leave) at Wolt, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless operations. You will be responsible for content creation, discovery content placement, and managing creative campaigns. Additionally, you will oversee translations and copy management to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all our communications. This role requires a blend of creative, copy and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

-App General Strings Translations: Manage and oversee translations for general app strings to ensure accuracy and consistency & a great  UX. Collaborate with localization teams to address any translation issues or updates.

-Create and manage copy for new features, ensuring clarity and user-friendliness.

-Handle translations for global requests, including web pages, global CRM campaigns, and other marketing materials. Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all translated content.

-Oversee the creation of creatives and content for affordability initiatives and special occasions. Ensure campaigns are aligned with Wolt’s brand strategy and resonate with our target audience. Innovate and implement new ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.

-Create and manage content for user journeys, including push notifications, in-app messages, hero images, newsletters.

-Collaborate with designers or agencies to ensure content is visually appealing and effective.

-Continuously analyze and optimize user journey content to improve user engagement and retention.

-Utilize technical and analytical skills to place content across platforms.

-Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is effectively integrated into marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in marketing operations, content & copy creation, or a similar role.

Proficiency in English copy and traslation.

Strong creative skills with experience in copywriting and working with designers or agencies.

Technical and analytical skills for effective content placement and performance analysis.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in translation management tools (e.g., Phrase app) is a plus.
