Role background

Wolt has been growing rapidly in Poland ever since we entered the market in 2018. We’re now in 13 cities with more to come, and this means more restaurants to partner with along the way too!

Our Restaurant Associate team is an important part in the restaurants' onboarding journey. This superstar team helps to get the venues up and running on the platform, and with this continued growth, it means there are more and more restaurants to assist. As such, we need to bring in the team's next Gear superstar! :) This role will be a collaborative role within the Restaurant Onboarding Team.
 

What you'll be doing

• Manage the process associated with packaging and shipping of restaurant onboarding packages: ordering operational equipment and managing inventory, configuring equipment, and coordinating and executing shipping to our partners;
• Handle equipment inventory and equipment return process;
• Manage the packaging and shipping process of restaurant starter packages, including paper bags, stickers, promotional codes, and instructions for working with us;
• Assist the Wolt team with urgent cases or projects;
• Share best practices within the Restaurant Team and support our partners in any urgent equipment issue;
• Validate data and its compliance between accepted guidelines and compliance on contracts, as well as in the Onboarding process;

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with various people, both from Wolt and our external Partners;
• Structured, detailed and service-oriented;
• Positive and friendly personality with a can-do attitude;
• Self-starter with a passion for food;
• You are prepared for operational work related to shipping a very high volume of equipment and launch packages;
• Fluent in English and Polish.
