The Operations Project Lead will focus on special projects, city leading and potentially other strategic tasks. This will include both analysis of data and design and execution with cross-functional teams. In our Operations team, no day is the same, so you must be self-motivated, driven to succeed, and have excellent interpersonal and community-building skills!

This role is a great opportunity for self-driven, analytical and ambitious people who like to build something great from scratch by combining their strategic thinking with world-class cross-functional execution. You will be responsible for:

• Being the owner of the project(s) assigned to while also building and scaling them.
• Creating framework models for tracking the progress on these action items across the teams and coordinating the collaboration to achieve these ambitious targets
• Orchestrating the cross-functional collaboration between key functional teams and leaders of the organization (Restaurant/Retail/Enterprise, Marketing, Operations/Logistics) to reach the targets, following up with relevant stakeholders and ensuring successful completion of action items on target deadlines
• You will be responsible for onboarding our new Courier Partners and making sure that they have everything needed to provide the best quality of service throughout all stages of delivery - from our restaurants to the customers.
• You are responsible for all KPIs related to the efficiency and quality of our delivery operations in cities under your control. 
• Manage daily supply, planning and acquisition of courier partners
• Onboard, retain and grow the number of happy Courier Partners on Wolt’s platform, to ensure a healthy and sustainable delivery operation across Wolt Cities
• Working closely with the Operations Manager and the rest of the team on developing the local business strategy and business development initiatives
• You will have to support your decision making with relevant data, find broken pieces and fields to develop, understand relations and consequences to have proper action points in your role.
• You will improve our current processes, implement and maintain new ones and create new best practices for our operations.

• You have a strong project management skills. 
• Relevant analytical experience (working with MS Excel, SQL, knowledge of BI-tools e.g. Looker).
• You are a people person, an excellent communicator and a big team motivator, as you will have daily contact with our Courier Partners.
• Ability to lead by example and show direction, as well as the genuine will to support your team members and your Courier Partners on their way.
• Thorough and organised – you accomplish tasks with all ends tied and have great attention to detail.
• You are a fast learner with attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
• Fluent in Slovakia and able to work in English.
• Category B driver’s license.
