We are looking for part-time Support Associates to join our Support team in Bratislava from March 2025!

What you'll be doing

• Processing incoming live chats from our customers, venues and couriers
• Development of our support function together with the support team as well as other teams within Wolt.
• Ensuring that the delivery operation runs smoothly, providing support for our restaurant and retail partners
• You have great communication skills with a personal touch, and a customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset
• You are a fast learner, you have no problem with multitasking, and you are ready to work in a fast-paced environment
• You already have some experience in a customer-facing role, and you are passionate about service
• This is a shift work position. You can work mornings, evenings and weekends - We are available to our clients seven days a week from 7:00 am to 1:00 am.
• You are fluent in Slovak language and you have professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2)
• You are able to start working for us from March 2025

• For a part-time student Support Associate, the basic (fixed) wage component is 6.70 € brutto / hour.
