However, food delivery was just the start. We don’t want to just satisfy our customers’ hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys, and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Account support to join our team in Slovakia!

Job Description
- Developing Wolt ́s restaurant partners and their business by using our collected user data and preparing proposals for special campaigns
- Providing high-level assistance to Wolt’s partners in regards to promotions and campaign
- Supporting the team with technical support and preparing data analysis reports
- Closely monitoring the Wolt portfolio and preparing documents with analysis of previous special campaigns to continuously improve Wolt services and offerings in all our cities
- Acting as a key account and follow up these with reports and regular meetings to track performance
- Partnering with our marketing team to run value-adding PR & marketing campaigns and suggest optimal marketing activities to increase restaurant orders
Qualifications
Be able to carry the duties and responsibilities of the role listed above
Be able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form with various stakeholders in Wolt
Positive ‘can do’ attitude
Sales background or experience with upselling is an advantage
Be able to prioritize Wolt culture and values as the fundamental elements of Wolt growing as a successful business
Able to work in English and Slovak
Possession of Driving's License - not essential
Most importantly, be part of the team! As a team, we do common things uncommonly well
