What you’ll be doing:

• Developing our Merchant Partners’ performance and helping them to grow their business by using our collected data.

• Identifying key improvement areas for merchant performance, create short- or long-term projects for improvements while managing and monitoring them within the Merchant Services Team.

• Gaining complete competence on the following processes, tools, policies and guidelines: Offboarding, Existing Merchant Services Metrics, Wolt+, Ads, Campaigns, Post-activation.

• Localise and incorporate global process guidelines in the Hungarian operation to improve Merchant performance. 

• Provide high-level consultation to our Merchants regarding improvements, quality checks and creative strategies, and help Merchant partners reach their goals.

• Be responsible for the quality of work and tone of voice towards Merchants (e.g. through newsletters or any other mass communication), internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of team members (3-5 people).

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a professional environment, preferably in process optimization or any other field where change management and adaptation of new methods were key

• Great analytical skills and Excel knowledge.

• Excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working with a lot of different people.

• Previous experience in team management.

• Being tech-savvy, self-starter and a quick learner.

• Fluent in Hungarian and a good communicator in English.
