As Senior Manager, Fleet Management, you lead the teams that manage our vendor who  hire courier partners in Germany. The role is pivotal in driving growth and profitability for Wolt Germany in the coming years, where our courier strategy and -execution will be among the key factors determining our success when expanding rapidly to more German cities. A successful candidate will lead several teams, and work closely with stakeholders across the company (e.g. finance, legal, commercial)

• Strong leadership skills with previous experience of managing through other managers
• Fluency in German (C1 or above) and English are mandatory. Additional languages are beneficial
• Advanced analytical and statistics knowledge are a plus. 
• Service-oriented, efficient, and assertive communicator.
• Able to work in a fast-pace, balancing multiple tasks at once 
• Flexible and open to work on projects from start to finish
• University degree in preferably Engineering/Economics/Business (minimum Bachelor, Master preferred)
