What you’ll be doing:

• Building relationship between Wolt and our retail partners through emails, phone calls and personal meetings
• Assisting key account retail partners on their daily operational needs 
• Supporting the work of the Retail Key Account Manager by preparing reports, analyzing data, highlighting issues requiring attention
• Working closely with the marketing team on local and themed promotions
• Recording and administrating marketing campaigns in our own campaign management system and in Monday.com 
• Assisting account managers on bigger projects
• Looking after the portfolio’s performance, proactively checking operational performance e.g. rejection rates, basket size trends, offline times etc

• Great analytical skills and Excel knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working with a lot of different people.
• Being tech-savvy and a quick learner.
• Fluent in Hungarian and a good communicator in English.
• Having retail or FMCG experience is an advantage but not a must.
• Driving license and good driving skills
