Job Description
Are you a seasoned operations professional with experience in collecting and analysing data? Are you able to create and document processes to improve productivity and performance? Do you want to be part of shaping an all new role at Wolt? Then we’d love to chat!
We are growing our business in Norway and are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist.
This is a new role at Wolt and will be working with sales teams across all three product lines: restaurant, retail and Delivery-as-a-Service. As the Sales Operations Specialist you will own lead generation and management, create smooth sales processes and utilise data to recommend sales prioritise and ensure great team productivity and performance.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing our portfolio of leads across product lines in our CRM
- Analysing internal and external data to recommend business opportunities
- Improving tooling and creating incentives to manage team productivity and performance
- Creating and documenting end to end best practice on sales processes
- Working with global functions to collect best practice and implement new products
Qualifications
- You have experience from an analyst, forecasting or operations position
- You have experience with scraping and processing large datasets
- You have advanced Excel or G Suite skills (e.g. Vlookup, Index Match, Pivot)
- You are explorative and a self-starter where you can identify areas where we can improve processes
- You are structured and able to systemize processes and plans
- Preferably, you have experience working with a CRM and Business Intelligence tool
