The Restaurant Specialist works in close cooperation with the Restaurant Development Managers and Support Associates to help our restaurant partners maximize their opportunity for success. 

The Restaurant Specialist is responsible for assisting our restaurant partners in offering general day-to-day support. 

Responsibilities & Duties 

• Managing ongoing improvements to restaurant partner menus on the platform.
• Using data to proactively contact restaurant partners in order to improve their performance, while also assisting our Support team in handling more complex partner support tickets. 
• Working alongside our Marketing team and restaurant partners to assist with value-added marketing campaigns to increase restaurant orders. 
• Assisting the restaurant team with other ad-hoc tasks.

• Solid experience from a previous support, administration, or account management role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
• Experience from within the restaurant industry is a plus. 
• Structured, detailed and service-oriented. 
• Self-starter with a passion for food. 
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
