Role background

Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform, although more recently we’ve expanded into other sectors like retail as well.

We launched in Greece in 2019, and from our humble beginnings in Athens we now operate in 8 additional cities, bringing our customers what they need, when they need it! As a result of such rapid expansion - and the plans we have for 2023 - we need a new Sales Support Associate to assist our sales team and ensure they are working as efficiently as possible.

What you'll be doing

• Updating restaurant menus and other changes to venue information
• Ensuring all our partners receive the correct training on how to use the Wolt app, and monitoring their use of the system moving forward
• Other ad-hoc administrative and organisational tasks as they come up!

• Super human organisational skills
• Experience in data inputting or other administrative work would be an advantage
• Structured, detailed and service-oriented
• Self-starter and a passion for food
• Fluent in Greek & able to work in English
