We are looking for a Product Designer to join us on our mission to make it incredibly easy to discover and get the best restaurants, grocery stores and other local shops delivered to your home or office. You'll be working on super interesting and complex projects improving retention and engaging users in consumer products. This means that you are designing stuff directly to our consumer-facing applications across web and mobile platforms, pretty cool right?

You’ll be part of the Consumer design team, and work closely with our Retention and Engagement Product Team. Basically, this team identifies opportunities and conducts experiments to drive user and revenue growth, as well as developing and maintaining tooling and automation for existing and new marketing use cases. To put it more concretely, you could be working for example with our Wolt+ subscription as well as developing promotion campaigns.

At Wolt, we are obsessed with details and brilliant user experience, and so should you! As a Product Designer, you'll get to work with some of the best in the industry while focusing on designing great experiences for our users. You're expected to produce production quality UI designs, while you spend a part of your time participating on the UX work, including concept and validation. You'll be paired with a UX Designer, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary product management, design, data, and engineering team to deliver thoughtful and polished design work that is world class.

• Strong expertise in UI Design for digital products – mobile & web design experience would be a plus

• Strong portfolio of B2C projects - ideally with web based applications

• You have an eye for detail and vision for world-class interfaces

• Experience of leading design & development projects

• You have experience working with design systems, with ability to work creatively, building your own components outside of the design system when the experience calls for it

• You have excellent collaboration skills – you have experience of working together creatively with other designers, and cross-disciplinarily with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and copywriters

• You are fantastic at communicating your thinking and design decisions – you’re able to get the multiple stakeholders whose attention your work will receive along on the journey with you.

• Prior experience of working with Figma – you're comfortable using Figma for communicating feature specifications to designers, developers and other stakeholders
