Role background

This is an opportunity to join an amazing team of passionate and driven individuals in a rapidly growing business in Greece. We love what we do, and we are looking for people that will share the same passion for growing our business.

Wolt has been growing rapidly in Greece ever since we entered the market in Athens in January 2019. Our team is getting big and we will continue growing. There’s a lot on the agenda and we need someone to keep us organised and well-maintained throughout it all!

We are looking for an Office Administrator to ensure that everything runs smoothly everyday. Due to our fast-paced environment, currently everyone is doing a bit of everything on this. However, we are in need for someone to taking ownership of creating order. This means you will be responsible for the from daily office management and part of the administration.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage office supplies
  • Order IT and other equipment
  • Administrate payments and invoices
  • Manage the office visitors
  • Manage new hire onboarding logistics and administration
  • Support with travel arrangements
  • Manage administrative communication
  • Support the local General Manager and the Management team
  • Drive team building activities and contribute to a healthy and happy work culture

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in administration or office management
  • Super organized and self-sufficient when it comes to getting things done
  • You are a doer!
  • Excited to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing and positive, you love to work with many different stakeholders
  • Fluency in English is a must
