Job Description

Are you a data-driven growth marketer with the desire to build and own multi-channel strategies across our Wolt countries? Does the thought of creating campaigns that attract some of the world’s top talent interest you? If so, we’d love to chat!

Role Background

Wolt is a Helsinki-based global technology company best known for our food and retail delivery platform. We’ve grown so significantly in the last few years that in 2020, the Financial Times named us Europe’s second-fastest growing company. Today, we operate in 23 countries across Europe and Asia – and we’re just getting started. 

Hiring is one of the most important things we do as a company. It directly impacts how fast we launch to new cities, how soon we expand to new verticals and so much more. 

As such, we’re investing into our talent marketing to enable us to hire faster and at scale - it’s all about finding the right person on the right channel at the right time. We’re looking to innovate and push the boundaries of traditional Talent Attraction and Talent Acquisition. 

This is where you come in! 

You’ll directly impact our growth by building and managing a multi-channel marketing strategy for our volume campaigns and other key hires. With full ownership of the end-to-end process, you’ll also be hands-on when it comes to launching campaigns, setting and achieving KPIs and optimising spend. 

Being a new role in a new team, you’ve got to be comfortable working with ambiguity and building things from scratch. In return, you’ll put your own stamp on how one of Europe’s fastest growing companies hires people across the globe! 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Build multi-channel strategies (both online and offline) that targets each stage of a candidate’s journey through the Talent Acquisition funnel. You’ll create the ideal campaign process (from planning to reporting) and work with local teams and Talent Acquisition Partners to execute on it.

  • Work with our Global Performance Marketing team to launch paid media campaigns as well as to continuously analyse and optimise performance.

  • Define key campaign metrics and use that data to inform on the most effective channels based on specific roles and countries. Advise key stakeholders on budgets and expected ROI per channel. 

  • Buddy up with our Talent Acquisition Partners to identify local offline sources such as universities and talent hubs, then actively build relationships and collaborate with them.

  • You’ll impact proactive recruitment aims by growing our passive talent communities within our CRM. 

  • Work with our Global Brand team to design compelling ad content that attracts target candidate profiles and promotes Wolt as Employer of Choice. 

  • Learning is part of the job! So that means being updated with the latest channels that will help us grow our talent pools and actively target our audience for role-specific advertisements. 

Qualifications

  • Solid experience with building and managing inbound strategies in order to increase leads 

  • Background in growth marketing, campaign management, online and offline marketing or similar 

  • Hands-on experience with planning, managing and executing online and offline campaigns across several countries 

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse campaign performance and effectively optimise acquisition budgets towards more ROI

  • Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI or similar) is highly advantageous

  • Planning and conceptualization of ad creatives is highly advantageous 

  • Hands-on experience or solid knowledge of Talent Acquisition is advantageous. 

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

  • True growth mindset to consistently learn and develop skills.

  • Fluent in English.
