Wolt is more than just a food delivery operation – in fact we are built upon a solid foundation of state-of-the-art technology. We’re looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional to join our “Product+” talent team, responsible for finding exceptional talent for our engineering, analytics, product management and product design departments.
Our Product+ organization has grown from mere 20 people to 180+ in the space of 2,5 years. In the meantime Wolt has also been on a tremendous growth trajectory - in that same time we’ve grown from 5 countries to 23, a million users to 7.5… and the list keeps going. This is your chance to be a part of building the next chapter of Wolt.
Our Product+ talent team is a small yet feisty team of three working from the Helsinki HQ. Meet Severi, Petteri and Laura! The roles we hire for are also located in the HQ, and our team is an integrated part of the Product+ organization. We work in an E2E model, where each recruiter owns the roles they work with, from building the recruitment strategy to onboarding the new hire. We’re now ready to welcome our 4th team member to help us bring even more great people to Wolt.
What You'll Be Doing
- Driving exceptional quality - both in candidate experience and in your service towards your internal stakeholders. We don’t settle, we strive for excellence and do common things uncommonly well at every opportunity.
- Attract the right people for a variance of roles at Wolt: engineers, designers, analysts and product managers.
- Bring value by being able to discuss our business, product development, values and mission with vehemence.
- Sourcing high-quality candidates at all levels.
- Screen candidates in order to pinpoint the right talent to introduce to your hiring team
- Communicating effectively (both verbally and written) to various stakeholders, usually our department VP’s and directors, hiring managers, lead engineers and our awesome pool of interviewers.
- Guiding your hiring teams through the recruitment process with efficiency and finesse. Mentoring them on best practices, and supporting them in decision making.
- Participate in other activities such as employer branding, university recruiting, interviewer training, onboarding of new employees and so on.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting for technical roles, proven track record of filling such roles.
- A genuine passion to hire efficiently and effectively at scale and with high volumes.
- Ability to work independently E2E, and think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
- Be able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly both verbally and in written form with various stakeholders in English.
