    As Digital Marketing Specialist your key responsibility is the implementation of our global & local digital marketing strategy across our own different digital platforms (websites, blogs, social media, mailings). This includes setting up and optimizing our own digital channels from a marketing point of view, with a specific focus on increasing brand awareness, brand engagement and acquiring, activating, and turning visitors into leads and ultimately customers.  

     

    Your responsibilities 

    • Coordinate, organize and validate the digital content on our different digital channels: websites, social media, landing pages, e-mailings, newsletters, banners 
    • Social media management: strategy, framework and management of global and local pages: content, campaigns, advertising 
    • Developing and implementing global & local digital activation campaigns following the marketing plan (SEA, remarketing,…) to bring qualitative traffic to the website 
    • Optimizing our websites to ensure the best possible online customer experience. 
    • Management of all newsletters towards the different target groups in our channel model. 
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals  
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience based on the local marketing plans 
    • Analyzing ongoing digital campaigns (via Google Analytics,…) and make adjustments to maximize where necessary to achieve optimal results 
    • Provide direct support to all business units on digital strategy and tactics implementation 
    • Build and maintain our brand presence on social media (incl community management) and the digital platforms of our distributors 

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification through practical experience.
    • Digital Marketing Certificates are desirable.
    • Proven working experience in the Digital Marketing field.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and demonstrate intelligent application in SEO/SEA, remarketing, social media, and Google Analytics, ...
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team with a 'can do' mentality.
    • Extensive experience in Social Media management.
    • Results-oriented, curious, proactive, and initiative-driven.
    • Problem-solving skills with a well-organized and analytical mindset.
    • Strong organizational skills, adept at managing priorities and meeting project deadlines.
    • Excellent project management skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
    • Proficient in English (mandatory) and either Dutch or French. Knowledge of any other language is a strong bonus.
