    Job Description

    Primary purpose of the function:  

    As Communication & Content Specialist, you write and produce various types of content in order to expand our company’s and brands’ digital footprint, brand awareness and leads. You are responsible for the copywriting for all marketing, sales & product outputs, incl marketing assets, press releases, social media posts, lead generation campaigns, product launches, emails, newsletters, website content, etc. You support the Communication Manager in the implementation of our global and local communication plans. 

     

    COPYWRITING & CONTENT CREATION 

    • You are responsible for the copywriting across our channels and assets (offline & online) to support the growth of our 3 brands Wolf Oil Corporation, Wolf and Champion. (e.g. articles, e-books, white papers, magazines, mailings, etc) 

    • You create and optimize content for online and offline marketing resources. 

    • You transfer the brand positioning and tone of voice of our brands into interesting and relevant texts, across all different languages. 

    • You know better than anyone how to create captivating and impactful content based on the needs of the different channels. 

    • You lead the creation of SEO optimized content for our different websites, based on thorough key word analysis, which you perform yourself and/or build together with our Regional Marketing team. 

    • You support the Social Media Specialist in the copywriting for all our social media posts and digital advertising campaigns, across the different channels. 

     

    CONTENT LIBRARY 

    • You set-up and manage an internal content library, creating an easy-to-access inventory on all existing content pieces. You keep the library updated based on new global or local needs, supporting our sales and marketing plans. 

    • You coordinate the external sharing of the available content with our distribution partners for usage on their own channels 

    • You measure performance of content (in collaboration with the different stakeholders) to optimize and improve KPIs 

     

    MEDIA & PR PLAN IMPLEMENTATION 

    • You operationally support the Communication Manager in the production and amplification of our global and local media and PR plans, their annual implementation and potential improvement points. 

    • Setting up press releases, in all needed languages, in our PR platform, supporting the Communication Manager. 

    • You build a database and network of key journalists in our local countries. 

    • You nurture an effective working relationship with Regional Marketing to ensure a proper field execution of the communication and content strategies. 

    Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or equivalent by experience.
    • 2 to 4 years of working experience in Marketing or Communication.
    • Excellent oral and written skills in English and Dutch, with a good understanding of French; additional languages are a plus.
    • Proven ability in message development and storytelling.
    • Demonstrated experience in copywriting with a focus on shaping and finetuning written texts.
    • Creative mindset with a commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail.
    • Curious, proactive, and initiative-driven.
    • Result-oriented and adept at problem-solving.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
    • Uncompromising commitment to quality and meeting deadlines.
    • Interest in automotive or motorsport is a plus.
