We have an interesting open position for a Regional Marketing Specialist - MEA.

As the marketing team of Wolf Oil Corporation, we are on a mission to grow our dynamic lubricant brands through connected creativity and smart experiences, allowing our company and industry to keep moving forward.
The regional marketeer's key objective is to increase visibility and demand for our brands and products through the implementation of activities inside the regional or customer plans.
In this entry-level role you will be a part of a supportive and collaborative team that plays a crucial role in adapting and optimizing our company's marketing strategy to effectively target and engage specific local markets within a larger, global context.
You work closely together with the MEA commercial team to support the distributors in a wide range of activities:
You support the Regional Marketing Manager& the distributors in a wide range of activities:
- Support in the initiation, creation and execution of the annual Sales &
- Marketing plans.
- Support the operational roll-out of the marketing plan.
- Support implementation of local campaigns and consistent usage of branding (incl. briefings towards agencies, ...)
- Provide customers with the marketing assets required for their local activities and ensure the right visibility of our brands and products at point-of-sale level.
- Track and analyze results of all regional campaigns and provide convenient reporting to help shaping future marketing strategies.
- Support in management, organization and implementation all type of trade events in close cooperation with the regional marketing manager % R
- Support in identifying sources and collecting market and customer insights/data and support integration in internal business intelligence tools and CRM.
- Continuously monitor competitive landscape evolution and identify needs and opportunities to improve our value proposition.
- Preparation and implementation of the local social media plan by following the global calendar and adapting it to the regional requirements.
- Support in the collection of invoices and creation of purchase orders.
- Support in the preparation of presentations for internal and external (client) purposes.
Qualifications
- Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, International business or similar degree.
- You have a first relevant experience/internship in a commercial/marketing function (trade marketing, brand, ..).
- Experience in the automotive sector or with technical products is a plus.
- Fluency English is a must, very good knowledge of French is important too. Knowledge of Turkish or Arabic is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint is a must.
- Your well-honed interpersonal and communication skills allow you to develop positive, productive relationships both internally and externally and across multiple countries.
- You have a commercial mindset and you like to be in contact with customers.
- Well-organized and detail oriented. You are independent and pro-active, eager to learn and open for new challenges.
- Willingness to travel 10-20% of your time.
