Wolfcreek Consulting seeks a part-time general maintenance worker for Broward County, FL.

The position is part time and temporary, and pays a minimum of $16.00 per hour. The candidate will be called to work in multiple locations around the county as needed. Reliable transportation and safety equipment are required.

The General Maintenance Worker will perform maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems.

The candidate will also handle outdoor construction and landscaping, as well as handling and assembling furniture and other objects.

Skills

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.

Experience

• Related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
