Job Description
Join our team as a CT Technologist in Boynton Beach and be part of a leading healthcare organization! We are hiring for a full-time position with rotating shifts: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM and 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
💰 Sign-On Bonus: $25,000!
📍 Location: Boynton Beach, FL
⏳ Schedule: Full-time, rotating shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans and other diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and efficiency
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
- Operate and maintain CT equipment according to established protocols and safety guidelines
- Accurately position patients for optimal imaging results
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Maintain detailed patient records and imaging data
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles
- Assist in the preparation and administration of contrast media when required
- Participate in quality assurance and equipment maintenance programs
- Stay current with advancements in CT technology and imaging techniques
- Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients throughout their visit
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support departmental goals
Qualifications
Requirements:
✔ ARRT (CT) Certification
✔ Florida State Licensure
✔ BLS Certification
✔ Experience in CT imaging preferred
✔ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
✔ Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
✔ Proficiency in using PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System)
✔ Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology
✔ Excellent patient care and communication skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
✔ Familiarity with radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles
✔ Experience with contrast media administration
✔ Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
✔ Physical ability to assist in patient positioning and transfer
