Job Description

Your Role would be
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a fast-growing SaaS environment. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our users and play a key role in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.

You will be trained on the Wizikey platform and will assist customers in resolving their queries, navigating the platform, and understanding reports. The role focuses more on communication, responsiveness, and problem-solving rather than heavy data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
● Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and calls in a timely manner
● Assist users in navigating the platform and understanding basic features
● Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the relevant team when required
● Ensure a positive and helpful experience for all users
● Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
● Learn and stay updated with product features and updates
● Identify common queries and share feedback with the team
 

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills
● 0–6 months of experience (Freshers welcome)
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Good problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
● Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
● Customer-first attitude with a positive approach
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
