Job Description

The Role

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager  to lead net-new logo acquisition across India.

This is a pure hunter role focused on building pipelines, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. You will be the first dedicated closer, working directly with the founders and cross-functional teams.

Whom you will report to

You will report to Co-founder and Head of Sales Aakriti Bhargava.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: Prospecting → Discovery → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure

  • Build and maintain 4–6x pipeline coverage consistently

  • Identify and target mid-market accounts (Corp Comms, PR Heads, CMOs)

  • Lead insight-driven discovery conversations to uncover real business pain

  • Deliver sharp, ROI-focused demos and proposals tailored to each prospect

  • Independently handle commercial negotiations (with leadership support for key deals)

  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene (pipeline tracking, deal stages, forecasting)

  • Provide market feedback on objections, pricing, and buyer behavior

  • Own and deliver against annual revenue targets for new business acquisition

  • Consistently build and maintain 4–6x pipeline coverage

  • Drive predictable ARR growth through disciplined pipeline management

  • Contribute to scaling revenue in a high-growth SaaS environment

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • 7–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience

  • Minimum 3+ years as a quota-carrying closer

  • Experience selling to Marketing / Communications / Corporate Affairs leaders

  • Strong understanding of structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, SPANCO)

  • Exceptional discovery, storytelling, and objection-handling skills

  • Ability to build pipeline from scratch without heavy SDR dependency

Good to Have

  • Experience in MarTech / AdTech / PRTech / Social Listening platforms (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, Sprinklr, Brandwatch)

  • Strong network within PR agencies or corporate communications teams

  • Prior experience in a founder-led or early-stage SaaS environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • Candidates from institutes like MICA, IIMC, or similar will be preferred

  • Strong exposure to MarTech ecosystem is highly preferred; candidates with hands-on experience selling or working with MarTech solutions will be given priority

Compensation

Budget: ₹20–25 LPA (Fixed); variable compensation will be performance-linked and dependent on targets.
