Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of experience in generating leads through email marketing and LinkedIn, with additional expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads being a strong advantage. A background in the SaaS industry and experience targeting international markets are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing: Design, execute, and optimize email campaigns to engage prospects and generate high-quality leads.
- LinkedIn Lead Generation: Identify, connect, and nurture potential leads through LinkedIn outreach strategies.
- LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads: (Preferred) Create and manage ad campaigns to generate leads, ensuring optimized performance and ROI.
- Market Research: Conduct detailed research on target industries, companies, and decision-makers, with a focus on international markets.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead-generation strategies with overall business goals.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to refine campaigns and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in B2B lead generation using email marketing and LinkedIn.
- SaaS Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the SaaS landscape is essential.
- International Market Exposure: Proven track record in generating leads for international markets is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with Google Ads is a bonus.
- CRM expertise (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling outreach campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
