Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as an Admin Executive + Accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting the accounts department, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Administrative Duties:

• Manage office laptops and place orders as necessary.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Handle internal communication with team and vendors.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Provide general support to different events & meetups.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
