Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Wizikey, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives to acquire and engage with potential customers. Leveraging your expertise in performance marketing, particularly in B2B SaaS environments, you will be responsible for designing and executing effective strategies to generate leads, optimize conversion rates, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Execute targeted campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and content syndication.
  • Utilize cold emailing techniques to reach out to potential clients, nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and content teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, incorporating innovative approaches into our marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and email marketing tools for campaign management and lead nurturing.
  • Strong understanding of cold emailing techniques and best practices for engaging with B2B prospects.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for various marketing channels.
  • Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
