Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Wizikey. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully closing deals in a B2B sales environment and possess strong skills in prospecting and relationship building. With 2-3 years of experience in sales, the Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in contributing to our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting 

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
  2. Sales Cycle Management:

    • Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closure.
    • Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  3. Deal Closure:

    • Utilize effective sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a consistent track record of achievement.
    • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation for clients.
  4. Client Relationship Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
    • Nurture existing client relationships to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  5. Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to optimize sales efforts.
    • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 2-3 years in B2B sales, with a focus on closing deals.
  • Strong prospecting skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
