Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze and define business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of business processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.

• Analyze and document current and future state business processes.

• Evaluate and interpret data to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

• Conduct data modeling and analysis to support business needs.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.

• Create detailed documentation of business processes, and requirements, generating reports and functional specifications.

• Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and deliverables.

• Collaborate with managers to ensure the timely delivery of solutions.

• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in product analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Office, Google Suite, SQL, or Python.Familiarity with product management methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders.
